About Lone Thug
Lone Thug is a men's clothing brand built on one idea: put a name on your clothes that people can read from across the room and feel when they touch it.
We don't follow the crowd. We dress the ones who move on their own.
Lone Thug started with a single tee and a logo patch sewn on by hand. People stopped us to ask where it came from. That patch became the brand.
Today we make five lines: T-Shirts, Polos, Caps, Office and Up & Down. Every piece is designed in-house and produced in small batches, so what you wear stays rare.

Orders
How do I place an order?
Open the piece you want, choose the colour, size and quantity, then tap Order on WhatsApp. Your order message is written for you. Send it and our team will confirm stock, the total with delivery, and your delivery date.
Can I order more than one item?
Yes. Send each piece in the same WhatsApp chat, or list them in one message. We combine them into one order and one delivery fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes. We produce team, event and corporate orders from 10 pieces, with your choice of colours. Lead time is usually 10 to 14 working days. Message us with the piece, colours, sizes and quantity for a quote.
Will a sold-out item come back?
Most core pieces are restocked. Limited pieces may not return. Join the email list or follow us on Instagram to hear first.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. International delivery is available on request; message us for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities: 2 to 4 working days. Other locations: 3 to 7 working days. Orders confirmed before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated by location and confirmed before you pay. Delivery is free on orders over ₦75,000.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we send your tracking details on WhatsApp.
Payment
How can I pay?
Bank transfer to our business account, or card payment through a secure payment link. Pay on delivery is available in selected cities.
Is it safe to pay?
We only ask for payment to our registered business account or through a secure link we send in the same WhatsApp chat. We will never ask for your card PIN or OTP.
Sizing and fit
How do your pieces fit?
Our tees, polos and sets are cut boxy and relaxed. Take your usual size for the intended look, or one size down for a closer fit. See the size guide.
I'm between sizes. What should I pick?
Size up for a baggier look, size down for a cleaner fit. Send your height and weight on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a size.
Are the caps adjustable?
Yes. All caps are one size with an adjustable strap at the back.
Returns and care
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Read the full returns and exchanges policy.
Will the patch come off in the wash?
No. The patch is stitched on. Wash cold and inside out, and never iron directly on the patch. See the care guide.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.

Processing time
Orders confirmed and paid before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12 noon, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times
- Major cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Other locations: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- International: 7 to 14 working days, quoted on request.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on your location and order size and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Delivery is free on orders over ₦75,000 within Nigeria.
Tracking
We send tracking details on WhatsApp once your order leaves us. Our logistics partner will call you before delivery.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. Re-delivery is charged at the standard fee.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by weather, public holidays or courier disruptions are rare, and we will keep you updated.

Exchanges
You can exchange any item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock.
Conditions
- The item is unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, makeup or marks.
- All original tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.
- Custom, personalised and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to start an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item you want instead.
- We confirm the exchange and send the return details.
- Send the item back. Once we receive and check it, we dispatch the replacement within 2 working days.
Return delivery costs
For size or colour exchanges, the customer covers the return delivery. We cover the cost of sending the replacement once.
Refunds
We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. Report the issue with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are paid to your bank account within 5 working days.

Staying safe
We will only share payment details inside your order chat. We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or online banking password.

Size guide
Our pieces fit relaxed and boxy. Measurements are in inches, taken with the garment laid flat.
Tops: tees, polos and long sleeves
Bottoms: trousers, joggers, cargos and jeans
Caps
One size with an adjustable strap. Fits head sizes from 21.5 to 23.5 inches.
How to measure
- Chest: lay a tee you love flat and measure straight across, armpit to armpit. Double it.
- Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
- Waist: measure straight across the waistband and double it.
Between sizes? Size up for a baggier fit, or send your height and weight on WhatsApp and we will recommend one.

Keep your pieces and the patch looking new.
Washing
- Turn the item inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold (30°C) or hand wash with similar colours.
- Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach.
Drying
- Air dry in the shade. Direct sun fades dark colours over time.
- Do not tumble dry. It can shrink cotton and loosen the patch edges.
Ironing
Iron inside out on medium heat. Never iron directly on the patch.
Caps
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash. Stuff with paper to keep the shape while drying.
Office wear
Dry clean the Relaxed Suit and Senator Set for best results, or hand wash cold and hang to dry.

Products and prices
We show colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary. Prices are in Naira and may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order chat is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment, or confirm pay on delivery. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, and we will refund any payment in full.
Intellectual property
The Lone Thug name, the logo patch, our designs, images and content belong to Lone Thug and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
